You already know your fat.  You think about it every minute of everyday.  Your jeans remind you.  People remind you.  But, when you go to the movies where there are seats with arm rests and your thighs stretch out to both sides and you have to squeeze in to sit...yea you're definitely reminded that you are fat.

The last time I went to the movies, that happened to me.  I'm not talking about the new theater in Augusta with the massive new seats.  I'm talking about the traditional movie theater seat.  I was very quickly faced with how big I had allowed myself to get.  It was an awful feeling and it completely ruined the movie for me.  I don't even remember what movie we saw because it wasn't my focus.  My butt and thighs were being squeezed together by this metal frame of a chair.

Well, last night...as a result of my work with Mend-A-Body Solutions...I sat in a movie seat (similar to the one in the past) and nothing touched my sides!  YES!!  Ha!  Take that Fat.  I will admit, I dislike weighing myself all the time.  Even with success, I just really dislike the scale and prefer to see my results in other ways.  Looser pants.  Shirts no longer rolling up my butt.  Not having to hold my breath when I bend over to tie my shoe.  And yes, not having to wedge myself into a seat.

The simple things in life!
