FBI Will Not Change Policy on Weed
Want to work for the FBI? Hope you have smokes pot in the past three years, despite what some people may think, the Feds haven’t changed their policy on pot smoking. In 2007 they loosened their policy stating that if you haven’t smoked pot within three years of applying, you could work for the Feds. That hasn’t changed.
Some people think they can smoke a joint on the way to the interview, but FBI chief James Comey put the brakes on that type of thinking. In testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Comey said he will not change the ban on weed. The FBI is a drug free workforce and use of any drugs is not tolerated.
