Fox News And Dish Network At Odds

Another day another network battling with Dish Network. I have been a Dish Network customer for about three years and over the past few months it has seemed like many channels have been at odds with Dish Network. The latest is Fox News.

As of this past Sunday, Dish Network customers no longer have Fox News and the Fox Business Channel on their television.

The channels went dark after the two companies failed to negotiate new contract terms.

Fox News introduced a website, keepfoxnews.com, that allows visitors to type in their zip code and find other pay-TV operators.

Dish Network, the third-largest U.S pay-TV service, introduced its own website, dishstandsforyou.com, where they say blackouts are becoming a fact of life for television viewers due to rising programming costs and switching providers won't solve the problem.

Recently CNN had been blacked out and CSNE was dropped by Dish.
