Frog Found In Salad Bag

In September 2012 two United Kingdom residents found a live frog in their bagged salad. In November of 2011 a live frog was found in bagged salad in the United States and it happened again a week ago. A woman in Minnelola, Florida bought a bag of Marketside salad and put in her fridge, when she went to get it a couple of days later she was surprised to see a live frog in the bag. The bags are permeable as to allow the lettuce to breathe and apparently, so can the frog. The bag of salad was sealed so one thing for sure; it’s extremely unlikely the frog entered the bag anywhere but the Market Fresh factory.
