Gas Prices Continue To Rise In Maine

After several months of gas prices dropping, it seems to be safe to say the trend has turned. This past week gas prices were up four cents per gallon in Maine, that's according to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com.

The average for a gallon of gasoline in Maine is now at $2.31. Nationally, the average was up almost five cents per gallon to $2.29.

A gas station in Turner reported the lowest gas price in the state at $2.17 per gallon.
