Their Instagrammer-in-Chief is hunting for a bold traveller to act as his new apprentice for three weeks. Applicants can leave their tea making and photocopying skills at the door. Instead they'll be charged with exploring the world to and capture the extraordinary on-land experiences that guests can enjoy on a Royal Caribbean holiday and if that wasn’t enough, they’ll be paid the equivalent of a six-figure salary for their troubles!

As part of the experience, you will receive:

A number of different shore excursions across the full itinerary, as determined by Royal Caribbean. The successful candidate will be given various options to choose from in each destination

Free roam of all destinations visited

All hotel stays, all transfers and all necessary economy flights. It also includes hotel gratuities, standard meals, non-alcoholic drinks, a Wi-Fi allowance, plus daily expenses.

Uniform: BYO swimsuit, sandals & shades. Hiking boots/running shoes also recommended
