Looks like the classic T.V. show Gilligan’s Island will be made into a movie. The show about seven castaways stranded on deserted island, a show that aired in the 60’s, will star ‘Book of Mormon’ star Josh Gad. Gad is also the voice of the talking snowman in Frozen.

Gad, will co-write the movie and more than likely will play Gilligan, but his body type would be more akin to the skipper. The original show ran from 1964 to 1967 but has been in re-runs since. The original producer of Gilligan’s Island was Sherwood Schwartz and two of his children are on board to produce the movie.
