Governor LePage Supports Non-Violent Criminals Being Under House Arrest [POLL]
Governor Paul LePage has suggested that he is in support of having non-violent criminals be under house arrest with electronic monitoring bracelets.
This is to help reduce with the overcrowding in Maine jails.
