‘Great Falls Ballon Festival’ This Weekend In Lewiston-Auburn

Look up into the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's the annual Great Falls Balloon Festival in Lewiston-Auburn. It's the 21st annual event and this year there will be a beach party theme.Balloon launches take place each day of the festival at 6 a.m and 6 p.m.

Events on Friday include:

• Food Booths opening at 4pm
• Carnival starting at 4pm
• Craft and Trade vendors opening at 5pm
• Cold Blue Steel at 5:45pm
• Balloon Launches at 6pm
• Bingo at 7pm
• Moon Glows at 9pm

Events on Saturday:

• Balloon Launches at 6am and 6pm
• Pancake Breakfast from 6am to 10am
• Craft and Trade Vendors opening at 10am
• Festival starting at 10am
• Food Booths opening at 11am
• Parade at 11am
• Malinda Liberty at 3:15pm
• Live music with three bands starting at 5:15pm

Events on Sunday include:

• Balloon Launches at 6am and 6pm
• Food Vendors opening at 11am
• Carnival starting at 11am
• Downeast Brass at 11:45am
• Rotary Duck races at noon
• Veayo Twins at 1pm
• Bingo starting at 2pm
• Moon Glows at 9pm
