Helicopter Crashes In Whitefield

A helicopter has crashed in Whitefield, but there appear to be no injuries.

According to a report in the Kennebec Journal, the helicopter, which went down in an area off East River Road, belonged to Maine Helicopters shortly after 2 p.m. According to the report, an employee of Maine Helicopters confirmed that the helicopter had gone down and that the pilot was not injured in the incident.
