Jennifer Nettles will be representing country music on a brand-new TV music competition. The Sugarland singer and solo artist has taken one of four judge’s roles on American Supergroup, a new show in search of the next big band. The show will air on MTV, Thursday October 13.

Roy Orbison‘s life is being adapted for the big screen. Authorized by the Orbison Estate, The Big O: Roy Orbison is in the works and slated for release in 2018. The Big O will detail Orbison’s life’s ups and downs and on Oct. 28, a new collection of Orbison’s hits is set for release. Compiled under the guidance of his sons, Roy Orbison: The Ultimate Collection, culls 26 tracks from throughout Orbison’s career onto one CD.

Congratulations to Tyler Farr

and his fiancée Hannah Freeman, they’re now husband and wife! Farr and Freeman tied the knot on Monday evening (Oct. 10), in a 30-minute, outdoor ceremony in Nolensville, Tenn. Farr’s summer tourmates Maddie & Tae where on hand, as well as groomsman Jason Aldean, Lee Brice and Colt Ford. Brad Paisley performed his new single ‘Today’ for the couple during their reception.
