Following his son Jerry’s death in early July, Craig Morgan and his family received an outpouring of love and support from both his fans and those within the country music industry. In a recent Facebook Live video he offers his thanks for the well wishes. ‘It’s been a while since I talked to anybody … and I wanted to personally get on here and tell all of you thank you so much for your kind words and your support,’ Morgan says. ‘It’s been amazing.’

Darius Rucker admits that he’s ‘just not into politics,’ so he was surprised to discover that his name was mentioned in some of Hillary Clinton’s leaked emails. Democratic presidential loser Clinton was hoping to earn an endorsement from Rucker. A batch of the leaked emails details attempts by her staff working with Clinton at the State Department, to get Rucker to endorse Clinton. Big Machine Label Group was asked to help sway the country star but he never offered his backing.
