Trying to celebrate the success of the Kansas City Royals at their amazing season and appearance in the World Series, Birdies Panties Shop in Kansas City designed ‘Lucky Royals’ boyshorts. They were all printed and ready to go on sale when Homeland Security showed up and confiscated the underwear.

The panties with ‘Take the Crown’ and ‘KC’ across the backside is an infringement of copyright laws. By connecting the K and C it was a no no as far as major league baseball is concerned. Homeland Security took the few dozen pairs of underwear and placed them in an official Homeland Security bag. The owner of the shop had to sign a statement saying she wouldn’t use the logo.

Even though you can’t but the panties you can still purchase crown styled pasties. They’re o.k. because the only show a crown and not the KC as on the panties.
