Houston Astros Off to Their Best Start Ever
Never could have imagined at the beginning of the baseball season that the Houston Astros would be the best team in baseball, but they are. The season is still young but the Astros have the best record in the American League at 18-7.
The Astros also put together a 10 game winning streak that is the longest so far this season. Another thing the Astros have been doing this season is not giving up a lead. Houston has not lost a game where they had the lead at any point in the game.
They have a strong bullpen that ranks 5th in the majors with a 2.13 ERA. They have an impressive leadoff hitter too; Jose Altuve is hitting .361 with 19 RBI.
Still a long way to go in the season but Houston is off to their best start in franchise history with 25 games played.
