2015 is here, it sounds so futuristic to me. I have never been a big fan of New Year's, I often think back of the past year, of loved ones that are no longer with us. But, this New Year's Day, as I reflected back over 2014. I can honestly say there were a lot of things to be thankful for.

I became healthier. I lost over 40 pounds in 2014 and hope to lose another 20 or so pounds for 2015.

I am thankful for my job. What a joy and honor it is to do what I do.Plus, our staff is truly like family to me.

I am also thankful for my family and friends. Even though I don't get to spend as much with them as I'd like to, they are the best! I am also thankful for making some new friends this past year.

I am also thankful for tackling my dental issues. Dr. Cutri and Dr. Winnie has really changed my life.

2015 also brings a lot of hope. In July, I will be paying off my house! In September, I'll be turning 50 years old (I want a HUGE party!)

I am known for being a 'glass half empty kind of guy' and if I think about it, not everything in 2014 was great, but overall 2014 was a great year for me. Here's to an even better 2015!

I'd love to hear how your 2014 was and what you are looking forward to in 2015!
