How Would You Like A 4 Day Work Week?

Many bosses hear 4 day work week and panic, thinking less productivity and lazier employees. Well that's not what the past tells us. Many companies are implementing this strategy on a trial basis and so far the results are actually quite positive. One company however is doing things a bit differently, instead of 4 days straight, they're giving their employees Wednesday off. So they work Monday and Tuesday, take a day off, and return for Thursday and Friday.

So, I want to know, which would you prefer? If given the option.
