IHOP Admits Name Change a Stunt

Everybody thought it was crazy when IHOP changed their name to IHOb but the truth is, they never really change it.

The company now says the name change last month was a publicity stunt to promote it's hamburgers on the menu. They wanted to draw attention to their new Black Angus hamburgers.

On cbsnews.com they say even though there was social media frenzy over the name change the company seems to have accomplished the goal, getting people talking about IHOP.
