Jason Aldean is gearing up to officially open his Kitchen + Rooftop Bar on Nashville's Lower Broadway strip in June 2018, following rumors over the past couple of months that the project was in the works. The bar and restaurant is slotted to boast Broadway's largest outdoor patio, alongside four levels' worth of dining space, craft cocktails and live music.

According to a press release, the expansive space will seat 250 diners and include six bars. Aldean teamed with world-renowned chef Tomasz Wosiak to design the menu, which centers around Southern cooking and is in large part inspired by the country star's own favorite dishes, such as steaks, pastas and salads, along with a special food-in-a-basket concept and a varied dessert menu. Aldean even plans to share a family recipe with the establishment's guests: He worked closely with Wosiak to develop a peach cobbler that is an exact replica of his mother's own homemade recipe.

"It's pretty cool to finally have my own spot downtown where people can go and have a good time," Aldean says in a press release. "We've been working on this for a long time, and I'm looking forward to having everyone in town for CMA Music Fest to help break it in."

In addition to putting his own spin on the menu, Aldean has added a personal touch to the decor, including a 1961 4020 John Deere tractor, as a nod to his multi-platinum 2009 hit, "Big Green Tractor." Two video walls will also showcase a couple of very important interests Aldean and his fans have in common: Sports events and country music videos. Of course, no Broadway venue would be complete without live music, and Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar will feature two stages of performances every single day, with a spotlight on new local talent as well as artists from everywhere in the country.

The project will join similar ventures on Lower Broadway from country artists such as Dierks Bentley, Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton and John Rich. To learn more about Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop bar, click here.
