Outbound/Inbound Sales Representatives:
Shift (9am - 530pm or 8am - 430pm)
Ability to reach and maintain sales goals as set by the department manager.
Proactively make outbound calls as well as handle inbound sales calls and web chats from prospects.
Strong work ethic required.
Driven, Goal Oriented.
Professional demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills.

Inbound Customer Service / Sales Representatives:
Shift (1130 - 8pm or 1230 - 9pm)
Handle inbound customer service calls from customers. Up-sell customers and offer existing telecommunications services not being taken advantage of. Ability to reach and maintain sales goals as set by the department Manager. Driven, Goal Oriented.
Strong work ethic required.
Professional demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
Strong computer skills.

Inbound Customer Service Representatives:
Shift (9am - 530pm or 1130 - 8pm)
Handle inbound customer service calls from customers. Create cases according to customers request and/or service issue.
Experience within a call center/customer service environment. Ability to multi-task and keep an orderly, efficient work space. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of the importance of providing quality customer service at all times. Must be very dependable and able to work until 8pm
