Yes, you could go out and spend a bunch of money on your kids lunches for school.

OR

You could save money and feed them something that parents have known for generations is good for them.

When is the last time you had a peanut butter sandwich? I have one a few times a week. I remember eating them every weekend when I was a kid. We couldn't afford to have them during the week. We got the free lunch at school.

Our family went through very hard times when I was little and my parents were able to go on the WIC program to help get us by. The WIC peanut butter we received was the yummiest! I still can't find a peanut butter that tastes as good.

Parents have known for years that peanut butter is good for children. It has the protein they need to help them grow muscle and keep them strong! A peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a brown paper bag was a treat for us as kids. And if you were REALLY lucky, peanut butter and fluff was even better!

Anderson just learned how to make one for himself. Now, he can make his own lunch. Another way he is becoming independent. And growing strong!
