Halloween is here and if you're like me, you probably bought a lot more candy than you're going to give to trick-or-treaters. On November 1st you find yourself with a lot of leftover candy! You certainly don't want to throw out the candy, but what can you do with all of it? Here's some leftover Halloween candy ideas.Bring it work with you. Your co-workers will appreciate it. You can freeze candy and use it for later. There are organizations like operationshoebox that will take your candy and send it to the troops. Also, local dentists will buy the candy back to send it to the troops. Something that I personally like to do is to freeze candy bars and chop them up and use them as a topping on ice cream or frozen yogurt. With some of the hard candy, you can be crafty and help your child make homemade jewelry with it. Don't forget upcoming birthday parties. Use leftover candy and maybe fill a pinata with it. There's also several cake and cookie recipes that you can use leftover Halloween candy in.

Have fun trick-or-treating and Happy Halloween!
