Have you ever been driving on a road in Maine with a fully loaded logging truck right next to you? A scary thought that if that load lets loose you’re screwed.

A tractor trailer loaded with logs spilled its load in Rumford but ‘thank goodness’ nobody was near the truck. The driver of the rig, Hibbert Drew, was taken to the hospital with injuries but not life-threatening.

The logs spilled while turning from Rt.108 onto Veterans Bridge in what one witness said ‘it looked like he took the turn too sharp and threw the weight of the load and caused the trailer to tip over.
