Love For Loikos Benefit/Auction/Dance

There will be a benefit dinner at Le Club Calumet in Augusta on Saturday.  The event is to help raise money for the Loiko family who recently experienced a great loss.  Husband & father, Adam Loiko, passed away suddenly on November 8th leaving behind his wife, Olivia, and 2 little girls Avery & Izabell.

I graduated with Adam back in 1997 from Cony High School.  When I think about Adam, I remember him always being happy and friendly.  He was nice to everyone.  Adam and I were even on the committee to help plan our 10 year reunion.  During that time, all he could talk about was his beautiful wife and starting a family with her.  Through the years, we've bumped into each other, he would always stop and say "Hello" and without hesitation, he would show pictures of his family.  He was a happy guy through and through.  My heart broke when I heard about his passing.

Olivia has been a true hero moving forward with the loss of her husband.  It takes a lot to raise 2 girls.  This beautiful family needs our help.  Come to the Le Club Calumet in Augusta tomorrow.  It starts at 7pm.  There will be an auction and dancing.  Since we were such a great class, I predict a lot of the Class of 1997 will be there.
