Madison-Anson Days are This Weekend (Aug. 23-25)

There is something about living in a small town in Maine. Generations of families living in a small town for decades. Really knowing and caring about your neighbors. It doesn't get any better than that. It's also fun when small towns hold their annual celebrations and now through Sunday the 37th annual Madison-Anson Days are going on.There is great live music with Borderline Express at 7 p.m. tonight.

Saturday will feature the parade at 10 a.m.
A Car Show from 10-2
Chicken BBQ from 11-1
Family Fun Day with midway rides from 11:30 to 5
The Madison vs. Dexter football game at 6 pm at Madison High School
Fireworks at 9 at the Madison Boat Landing.

Sunday will feature a small mouth bass fishing derby from 8 to 2
A Farmer's Market from 9 to 2
A Golf Tournament at 1 at Lakewood Golf Course
