Maine Gas Prices Lower This Week

Maine gas prices continue to fall as Labor Day approaches. This week, the average price for a gallon of gas in Maine is at $2.59 a gallon. That is down from $2.64 a gallon from one week ago. The national average is also at $2.59 a gallon, down from $2.65 a gallon from last week.

The lowest gas prices in Maine were reported at a gas station in Bangor at $2.32 a gallon.

Gas prices have dropped 18 cents a gallon in the past month and are 97 cents a gallon lower than a year ago.
