Maine Gas Prices Lower This Week

How low can they go? Maine gas prices were down almost three cents per gallon this week for a statewide average of $2.11 per gallon, that's according to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com.

The national average is now just under $2 a gallon, at $1.996, that's a two cent per gallon drop from last week.

The lowest reported gas price in Maine is $1.91, that was reported in both Bangor and Newport.
