Maine Gas Prices Steady This Week

According to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com, gas prices in Maine stayed even this week, with a statewide average of $2.347. Nationally, gas prices were down just over five cents per gallon this week, for an average of $2.284 per gallon.

The lowest reported gas prices in Maine come from two gas stations in Windsor (Rideout Market & Grill and Hussey's General Store) at $2.17 per gallon.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas prices in the country at $1.99 per gallon and bragging rights of the only state with an average under $2 per gallon.
