Maine Gas Prices Tumble

I put on a lot of miles this past weekend. I drove to Bingham on Saturday and to Waterville on Sunday and it was good to see gas prices down! The average gas price in Maine was down 6.5 cents per gallon this past week, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average for a gallon of gas in Maine is now $3.31 a gallon. The average national was also down by 6 cents a gallon to $3.21.

Patrick DeHaan from GasBuddy.com expects gas prices to continue to drop, with some states seeing their lowest gas prices since late 2010.
