Maine Highways Ain’t So Bad

Having traveled from Maine to Pennsylvania recently I have to say some of the best highways I travels on where right here in Maine.

Rode the highways from here to there ( I did get there from here) and the worst were in Pennsylvania. I traveled one highway where it was bump-a-de-bump for 50 miles. I was ready to get off the highway and try a back road, but I kept on keeping on.

Roads in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York weren't much better. There were times on some roads in those states my car 'jumped' when I his bump in the road. It was nice to get back on the highways in Maine.

Granted, not all highways here are the greatest but most are way better than other states. Like I say, Maine highways ain't so bad.
