Thousands of Maine-made wreaths are heading south to Arlington National Cemetery. Maine's First Lady Ann LePage and a convoy escorted by Patriot Guard Riders left from the Worcester Wreath Company on Sunday.

They'll be making stops today between Scarborough and Topsfield,Massachusetts, as the wreaths travel south.

When the wreaths arrive volunteers will place them on headstones this Saturday.

Wreaths Across America has a goal to place a wreath on every headstone at Arlington, more than 200,000 of them.

Last year, Wreaths Across America sent 540,000 wreaths.
