Maine’s Fresh Air Needs Families

The Fresh Air Fund needs your help to host and inner-city child this summer. Since 1877, the fund has been providing outdoor summer fun for children. Children from low-income families get to see trees and grass and the beauty of nature, most for the first time in the lives.

It’s very rewarding to host a child and it doesn’t take much of your time to do it. The main thing is to let the child enjoy the outdoors. You don't have to entertain them by taking them to expensive places, a day at the beach or local pool, maybe a hike in the woods or a walk along the coast would be great.
