A Pennsylvania man was not very happy about getting a $25 fine for parking on the wrong side of the street for ten minutes. Justin Greene was going to let the town know that he wasn't happy with the ticket by paying it with 50 rolls of pennies.

However, town officials told Greene that he could not pay the fine with 2,500 pennies because a federal rule designating the copper coins as small change not tender for dets greater than 25 cents.

Greene told a local newspaper that he still hasn't paid the fine and that he's still trying to think of another way to inconvenience the town.
