Either some people never learn their lesson or some people like to be in jail. Christopher Miller served 15 years for robbing a Stride Rite shoe store in Toms Lake, New Jersey in 1999. Friday the 40 year old man was released from South Woods State Prison, but it wasn’t long before he was back behind bars.

Miller, after his release, robbed the exact same shoe store that put him in prison the first time. Miller took $389 in cash, employee’s car keys and cellphones before fleeing on foot. A K-9 unit tracked Miller and caught him a days later. He’s held on $100,000 bail and looks like he’s headed back to the pokey.
