About six months ago, around 15 pounds of Mars rocks fell to Earth and NASA has just confirmed the rock is indeed from the red planet. The meteor was found in Morocco by meteor hunters and you can now buy a piece of Mars.

One ounce of the Mars rock costs 10 times the amount of gold, or $22,500 an ounce. The Mars rock has scientific significance as well since it could provide clues to find out if life ever existed on Mars. The rocks, the largest being 2 pounds, were found by the meteor hunters and if NASA or any other group wants to study them, they will have to pay. They aren't just for sale for science though, if you have the cash, you can have a piece of Mars.
