May The 4th is Star Wars Day

Get it? "May The Force Be With You" from Star Wars films sounds kind of like "May the fourth be with you". So, not only is May 4^th World Naked Gardening Day, it is Star Wars Day.

'Star Wars' fans were not the first to introduce the line "May the fourth be with you". From what I was reading when Margaret Thatcher was elected Britain's first female Prime Minister on May 4, 1979, her party placed an ad a newspaper that said "May the Fourth Be with You, Maggie. Congratulations."

In a 2005 interview on German news channel, Star Wars creator George Lucas was asked to say the line "May the Force be with you." The interpreter simultaneously interpreted the sentence into German as Am 4. Mai sind wir bei Ihnen ("We shall be with you on May 4").

So I am thinking since May 4^th is Saturday and with Cinco de Mayo on Sunday, this is a party weekend. Lots of naked gardening, watch a few Star Wars movies and enjoy tons of Mexican food and drink!
