Meet Mrs. Vassalboro

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Erron Jacques over the last couple of months.  As the owner of Erron Jean Photography, she took family pictures of my family.  She was friendly and compassionate to each child and to what they wanted their personal image to be in the picture.  Experiencing her kindness, I wasn't surprised when she announced she was running for Mrs. Maine.

As Mrs. Vassalboro, she is competing with married women from all over the state in the Mrs. Maine pageant in March.  The organization was created to honor women by empowering them to reach a goal of self-awareness, discovery, and beauty.  I think Erron is a perfect example of who Mrs. Maine should be.  Managing her own business and maintaining a balance with her family.

A radio personality is only a small part of who I am.  I am a mom, wife, nurse, chauffeur, chef, maid, referee and peace keeper.  If we, as women, can do all of this and feel pretty too, well, that's just an added bonus!
