I love the taste of mint. And, of course, chocolate! Put them both together and you have got yourself an incredible combination!

I love my Pampered Chef stoneware and try and find a chance to use it as much as possible.  So, with the rainy Sunday we had, I decided to brighten the house's spirits with a little yummy dessert!

This recipe from the Pampered Chef cookbook is very easy. And to make things a little healthier, I decided to use low-fat cream cheese and low-fat whipped topping. It's the little things that make a difference!

Try it out and see what you think. It took all of 20 minutes to make, if you don't add the cool down of the baking of the pie shell. Enjoy this yummy Fall treat!!

1 refrigerated pie crust
1 package of low-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 tub of low-fat whipped topping (use all but 1 cup for decorating)
1 box of Andies candies (save 8 for decorating)
2/3 cup of milk

Bake pie crust in oven according to directions on box and let it cool completely.

Combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Melt the Andies candies in microwave and add that to the mix. Mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping. Fill pie shell. Shave 2 Andies candies and put in center. Decorate around the edge with the rest of the whipped cream and add Andies candies on top!  Simple and easy to do!
