Miss Universe 2015 is ….Colum ….Ooops ….Philippines [VIDEO]

What an embarrassing 45 seconds!!  I think everyone watching the Miss Universe Pageant felt the humiliation Miss Columbia felt when she was mistakenly announced as the winner.  Turns out Steve Harvey announced the runner-up as the winner, when actually Miss Philippines earned the title.
