Everyone has their favorite Christmas song and while many different artists do the same song many people have their favorite.

This list was put together by time.com and is done a little different. They looked back to 1978 to present and found the songs that were recorded the most since that time.

Here they are: Not in order.

Silent Night was the number one recorded song at 733 times.

Jingle Bells recorded 254 times.

Joy to the World was one of the higher ones at 391 times.

O Holy Night was another highly recorded song at 374.

O Come All ye Faithful came in with 296 recordings.

The Christmas Song (my personal favorite) at 254 times.

Ava Maria made the list at 270.

These are just a few but you can see the (bubble) list at time.com.
