NASCAR Reinstates Kurt Busch

Kurt Busch was cleared on Wednesday to return to the racetrack and attempt to rebuild his career. Busch was suspended by NASCAR two days prior to the Daytona 500 for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

Busch missed the first three races of this season, this is his third suspension of his career. Criminal domestic charges were dropped this week.

He will return to the track this weekend in Phoenix.
