The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is losing the September NASCAR race to Las Vegas in 2018.

Las Vegas already hosts a race, normally in March, but they will now add a second cup race. The September Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races will move from New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and the September NASCAR XFINITY Series race will move from Kentucky Speedway.

The facility in Loudon has been open since 1990 and hosting NASCAR races for the past 21 years, which have drawn in tens of thousands of people.

The New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon will still host the July 16th cup race.
