Norman the Scooter Dog Breaks World Record

A follow-up to a story I did the other day about Norman the 3 year old French Sheep Dog known as the ‘The Scooter dog. Norman was going for the Guinness World record for a dog on a self-propelled scooter; he had to go 98 feet in 30 seconds to break the record.
He did it! With a crowd of on-lookers, many who had signs to encourage Norman, traveled the 98 feet in 21 seconds breaking the world record, in record time. Norman is officially the fastest scooter riding dog in the world.
