Norman the Scooter Riding Dog Goes for World Record
Norman is known as the ‘scooter dog’, he’s actually a 3-year-old French sheepdog that is training to break the Guinness Book of World Records scooter ride, unassisted. Norman is from Canton, Georgia, and if he can ride his scooter 98 feet, he breaks the record.
Norman can stand on the scooter with one rear paw on the base while the other pushes him along and he holds the handles with his two front paws. That’s the method he has to use to break the record which he will attempt Friday, July 12.
People that have seen the dog ride the scooter say it’s amazing and his owner, Karen Cobb says barring any unforeseen problems, he should do it.
