The town of Westiminster, Massachusetts is considering a ban on sales of all tobacco and nicotine products. A public hearing last night featured an angry group of residents as they loudly voiced opposition of the proposed ban.

The crowd of 500 was loudly booing and chanting protests at the city board. At the end of the meeting the city police escorted the board of health members out of the building as the crowd sang 'God Bless America'.

If Westiminster decides to pass the ban, they'll be the first city in the country to ban the sale of tobacco and nicotine products.

That leads us to our Question of the Day: Do you think towns have the right to ban tobacco sales?
