Second week of preseason football so let's take a look a 'Randy's picks for AFC Division Winners' this year. Tomorrow we'll look at the NFC.

Starting in the AFC East: As long as Tom Brady stays healthy I don't see any of the other teams giving the Patriots much trouble. The offense lost Wes Welker but as long as Brady is throwing the ball, he makes names out of no name receivers. The Dolphins should improve this year, but not enough to get by the Pats. The Jets with Mark Sanchez at QB will be the same old Jets, so don’t expect too much. The Buffalo Bills will be the some old Bills this year too.

Patriots win the AFC East.

The AFC North has Super Bowl Champs Baltimore Ravens, but with the loss of so many key players and the improvement of Pittsburgh and Cincinnati I don't see the Ravens repeating as division champs. The Steelers will be in their second year of a new offensive system and thing should improve for them. Cincinnati has an excellent defense but we have to what see if their offense can be consistent. The Cleveland Browns, they’ll end up in the cellar again this year.

The AFC South could be a toss- up this year, between Houston and Indianapolis, rookie QB Andrew Luck, in his second season will only be better and a young Colts team will improve. Houston is the better team in the league though, but always seems to fade at the end of the year; I don’t see that happening this year.

Houston Texans win the AFC South

The AFC West seems to be a runaway for the Denver Broncos with not competition from Oakland and Kansas City. The San Diego Chargers are the only team in that division that could give the Broncos a run for their money. Like the Patriots, the Broncos will go as far as their quarterback, Payton Manning can take them, if the gets injured, that will open the door for the Chargers. If Phillip Rivers cuts down on turning the ball over, the race could be tight.
