Regal Cinemas To Search Bags Of Patrons [POLL]

Regal Cinemas will begin searching the bags of the patrons to their more than 500 cinemas across the country, including the cinema at Marketplace at Augusta.

The policy is in response to movie theater violence over the past few years in Colorado and Tennessee.

Regal recently announced that it is searching the bags of people entering its theaters nationwide.

The company said in a statement on its website that it was making the change to make its customers and employees feel safer.
