Augusta Police Chief, Robert Gregoire, Walks to Podium at City Council Meeting [VIDEO]

It was quite an emotional evening yesterday (5/19) as Augusta Police Chief Robert Gregoire walked up to the podium to speak at a City Council meeting. On September 2014, Gregoire was in a motorcycle accident that nearly killed him and left him unable to move his arms and legs.
