Robo Callers Might Be Getting Some Restrictions

There are way too many robo callers out there, taking up our time trying to sell use the next big thing and i'm sick of it. Well the Maine State House might have heard my complaints, because there is a proposal making its way through the Maine Statehouse which would ban automated robocalls and also make it illegal to disguise an out-of-state number with the 207 area code. Holy wow, mic drop, put a pin in it, bury it where it stands, the robot is dead.

Now some exceptions to the law would be allowed, including emergency information from a school district or government entity, like a police department.

I personally do not hate all robo callers, I feel like hanging up on them is the first strike in the inevitable robot wars.
