According to WGME, students at Saint Michael School in Augusta held their 3rd annual walk-a-thon to raise money for the Travis Mills Foundation on Wednesday (May 2nd) morning.

The goal was to raise $8,000 to pay for wounded veterans and their families to take part in the Travis Mills Retreat in Rome.

Travis Mills stopped by the school prior to the walk to answer some questions and joke with the students.  He said, “It’s always fun every time I come here and you get thankful and humbled by the experience and knowing people believe in what you’re doing and understand your mission and they really buy into."
