Sharon’s Embarrassing Moment at Rite Aid’s Website
It was a regular night. Chad and I were sitting on the couch watching the Olympics after we did the P90X Ab Ripper Workout. He mentioned that he was out of GNC Pro Performance AMP Wheybolic Protein Extreme. It helps him build muscle. He works out a lot.
So, I remembered that Rite Aid has an entire GNC section where you can buy it. I decided to use my phone to go to their website and check it out.
And I found more than I was bargaining for....WAY MORE!
As soon as the website popped up, I chose the 'SHOP NOW' option. And what came 'up' was, for me, quite embarrassing!
Now, I'm not a prude or anything. At least, I don't think so. But anything that has to do with, um, well, bedroom stuff...ask anyone...my face turns read...instantly.
I said to Chad "Um, do any of these categories stand out to you at all?" I showed him the website.
And of course the category that struck us as out of the ordinary was 'Sexual Well-Being'.
With Rite Aid--It's Personal.
Apparently, VERY personal.
He said "You know we have to click on it." I tried to grab the phone and he kept it and hit the link. You had to accept the agreement that you were over 18 years of age.
And we are (although I felt 15).
And, well, a plethora of items 'popped up'. The only time I have ever seen anything like these items was when Renee Nelson and I were in New York and she took me to a store that sells the items, just to say I had been to one. Needless to say, me being the person I am, I didn't stay long. And I didn't know half of the things I was looking at.
While people say "Oh, Sharon, you shouldn't be embarrassed. Sex is a natural thing. Nothing to be ashamed of." I'm not ashamed. I just get flustered. I, personally, have no used for any of the items. You may...and that's absolutely fine.
Just know, you can 'fulfill your needs' at Rite Aid's website if you need to.
